Both peppers and chili take a long time from sowing to harvest, so sowing in January-February is recommended.

Allow 3-4 stems per pepper plant to develop and thin out the first fruits. They require warmth and a good supply of water and nutrients. Continuous watering is especially important after fruit set and onwards.

Aphid infestations are common and should be dealt with as soon as possible.
