14-day right of withdrawal in the EU for private consumers
If commercial goods are delivered within the EU, you as a private consumer have the right to withdraw from or return your order within 14 days, without giving any specific reason. The returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags intact and in its unopened original packaging. You must also have the order confirmation available.

Returning goods
This 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date the last item in the order was delivered.

You can request a return or cancellation of your order yourself through your customer account or through the order confirmation sent via email.

A return fee of 120 SEK excluding VAT is charged for approved returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and whether the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it is handled depending on whether the invoice has already been paid:

• If the invoice has not been paid, it is adjusted, and you only pay for what you keep. If the entire order is returned, the order is cancelled and only the return cost is invoiced.
• If the invoice has already been paid, we credit the item or the entire order, normally through a credit invoice. If needed, the refund can instead be made as a transfer to your account. The credit invoice or refund is adjusted to cover the return cost.

This takes place within 10 business days of approval.
