Flax

A popular filler plant that can be used both fresh and dried.

Sow directly when the soil is workable. Harvest when the flower petals have fallen off and left a seed pod. Hang upside down in a dark place for about 2-3 weeks or until the stem/seed pods have dried and are no longer soft.
