An onion downy mildew tolerant variety that truly works, meaning that when an attack of onion downy mildew (Peronospora destructor) occurs, this variety can withstand the infection. The foliage stays healthy and upright for a longer period, allowing the onion to continue growing. However, it should be noted that it is not immune, i.e., not at all susceptible.
