Naval has a very neat, well-rounded root that can stand for a long time without cracking or overgrowing. The foliage is upright and easy to strip during harvest. Naval can also be used for bunching, and will in the future be tested for mulching. It has proven to have healthy roots and healthy foliage - therefore, organic seeds of this variety are available.
